1. Custom Orders (Final Sale) All products are custom-made based on the photo you provide. All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once production begins.
2. Cancellation Window Production starts within 12 hours of your order as we prepare your specific glass. Changes or cancellations are only possible before this period.
3. Damage & Issues (Free Remake) We guarantee safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@milliontaps.com within 48 hours with:

Our Resolution: Verified shipping damage will be resolved with a free remake and reshipment. We cover all costs. Please keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
4. EU 14-Day Cooling Off The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods once production has started.
5. Approved Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
