Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MILLIONTAPS. Because every portrait is a custom, handcrafted piece of art, our shipping process is slightly different from standard e-commerce stores. Please review our shipping timeline and policies below.

1. Art Creation & Processing Time Every MILLIONTAPS piece is individually custom-made and requires meticulous handcrafting.

  • Standard Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to craft, inspect, and securely package your custom portrait.

  • High Demand / Peak Seasons: Because our artworks are 100% handcrafted, processing times may be slightly extended during periods of exceptionally high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our strict quality standards.

  • Note: Production begins within 12 hours of order placement. This processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times To ensure your fragile artwork arrives safely, we partner with reliable international logistics networks. We ship globally directly from our studio.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (after the 3-5 days production time).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can generally expect your artwork to arrive within 10 to 19 business days from the date you place your order.

  • Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your local postal service.

3. Order Tracking Once your artwork is completed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

4. Secure Packaging for Fragile Art We understand the concern of shipping glass internationally. Your artwork is secured in specially reinforced, shock-absorbent packaging designed exclusively for our glass and lacquer portraits.

  • The Safe-Arrival Promise: If your piece arrives damaged during transit, please refer to our Refund Policy. We will remake and reship it to you at absolutely no cost.

5. All Taxes & Duties Covered (No Hidden Fees) We believe that acquiring custom art should be a seamless and joyful experience. That is why MILLIONTAPS fully covers all international customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for you.

  • Zero Surprise Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Direct to Your Door: Your artwork will be delivered directly to your home with no unexpected charges or frustrating customs delays.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at info@milliontaps.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages While rare, if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and local postal carriers. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours of the "Delivered" status, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
